Waiting for winter – by Farid Ahmad
Each summer in Bangladesh, the largest delta of the world, floods increase and are devastating. Sahana and her children took shelter at the Jamuna river embankment. When winter arrives, water comes down and an island emerges. Sahana serves there as cheap labor, caught in a modern slavery system. She fights before summer comes back. Written by : Farid Ahmad.
